AND SO IT BEGINS...
===========================================================================
--IMPORTANT--

This mission requires either the I-War/Independence War disc 3 to be in
the CDRom drive, or for the entire game to be installed on the harddisk.
Otherwise, certain features will not present themselves and may result in
the player getting stuck.

--THE STORY/MISSION BRIEFING--

Even though the main COSA base was destroyed prior to the historic talks
between the Commonwealth and the Independence movement, we suspect that
several COSA leaders escaped and have subsequently been selling ships on
the black market.

Certainly, several unmarked ships have been involved in pirate activity
local to Jupiter space. Your mission is simple: patrol the area with the
intent of disrupting any piracy taking place.

One more thing, Captain. Admiral Ivanovich is currently inspecting STC
Sentinel, so you probably don't want to screw the pooch on this one and
make a bad impression on the local brass.

--INSTALLATION--

Before you begin, make sure you have grabbed the I-War/Independence War
Deslabber Kit from Particle Systems' I-War website: www.independencewar.com
and have deslabbed the files scripts.slb, shapes.slb and text.slb in
the \psg\resource directory. If you intend to run this mission using
3DFX accelerated hardware, you will also need to deslab sh_3dh.slb and
sh_3dx.slb in the same directory. If you do not do so, the game will
crash. See the documentation included with the deslabber for details.

Unzip this distribution into your I-War directory with full paths
("pkunzip -d" for us commandline freaks!) or make sure you check "use
folder names" for WinZip users.

Next, back up your existing Precedence.csv in the psg\resource\scripts
folder, and rename "Vurt's Precedence.csv" to Precedence.csv, or edit
the original to include the information for Mission 70 found in the
one I've included.

Finally, edit the included shortcut to point in the appropriate program
location, seasoning the commandline parameters to taste. Make sure
to include the -noslab flag. Example:

C:\I-War\game.exe -nologos -noslab C:\I-War\psg\resource\scripts\missions\mission70.scr

--NOTES--

The "audio files" included really aren't. They are 0-byte filenames
which are used as placeholders so that the game doesn't start up with a
slew of error messages telling you it couldn't find some files. So don't
be surprised when dialogs come up in-game and there's no corresponding
sound accompanying them.

This is my first mission, so please: comments and criticisms on this
mission are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
