How do I get my reputation to reset?
I knopw I were suppose to dock with on outlaw station and change into another tug, but I can't seem to find 1 that will sale me a tug.

Any Idea why there are some Fraction have me under dislike and all out war even those I have never run into them before.

Lastly who are buying Apc, ship system?

I have factions that are at 'dislike' too from the start
never run into any that is at war though (unless you are talking about epitaph self defence)

There are a handful of factions that start out at dislike, and active war right from the start. This has to do with their very nature, i.e. the Brethren of Ripon and the War Machines in Epitaph. They are hostile to everyone.
