btw Ericman your going to need to get your hands on a boot disk I can't remember the name of the one a friend used on my machine but when I find out I'll let you know.

I've got access to Partition Magic Pro, I think that's one of the best ones.

1. Install the new drive and turn on the system
2. Use 98SE to format the drive
3. Install XP to the new drive using a NEW installation.
4. XP will "see" the 98SE volume and automatically configure a dual boot for ya

Thanks! That's pretty cool that XP will do that automatically. XP can be installed on the second hard-drive right? I think 98 can only be installed on the first one. I hope I like XP as much as you do.
