On a side note, would it be possable to get beam weapons on gunstars? Kinda like the ones for the Docked on Auto Turrets mod beams? It would just be fun to see the instant death of anyone trying to attack my base. I already have purchased 3 advanced gunstars but i still havent added anyone to my fleet yet :pinch:. My marines always loose...boo hoo hoo. I was thinking maybe of a big anti cap ship beam (you know that flat purple one?). Goodbye Navy ships that happend to see me priate a crap load of goods

Yeah it's possible to give the gunstars pseudo antimatter beams or something like that and they'd defend your base pretty good, but if you have station assault, imagine what would happen if you and your fleet decided to attack a base surrounded by gunstars just like yours
